Fleet Graphics and Livery for Vans, Trucks and Lorries
Fleet graphics are about one thing: every vehicle carrying your name should look like it belongs to the same business. When a customer sees a small van one day and a lorry the next, the logo, colours and contact details should be instantly recognisable on both.
We design fleet livery that works across different vehicle makes and sizes, produce the graphics in our own workshop and apply them with our own team.

Starting with a master design
A fleet scheme begins with a master design agreed on one reference vehicle. From that, we create a template for each vehicle type in your fleet, adapting the layout to fit different wheelbases, roof heights, sliding doors, rear doors and curtain sides while keeping proportions and positions consistent. The logo sits in the same place relative to the cab, the phone number stays the same size, and colours are matched across every type.
Each template is saved, so when you add a new vehicle of the same type it can be produced without redesigning.
Vehicles we cover
- Small and medium panel vans.
- Large vans, minibuses and Luton bodies.
- Trucks and lorries, including box bodies and curtain-siders.
- Trailers, tippers and specialist vehicles.
- Cars and pool vehicles that carry lighter versions of the livery.
Planning the rollout
Taking vehicles off the road costs money, so we plan application around your operation. Vehicles can be booked in a few at a time, scheduled around service intervals or handed over as they come off lease. New vehicles can be lettered before they go into service. We keep a simple record of which vehicles have been done and which template each uses, so the fleet stays consistent even when the rollout runs over several months.
Choosing materials for working vehicles
Fleet vehicles work hard, are washed often and may be used on building sites or long motorway runs. Cut vinyl suits simple livery and lettering. Printed and laminated vinyl allows full-colour graphics and photographs, and part or full wraps can change the colour of the whole body. Reflective vinyl on the rear and sides can help large vehicles stand out at night. We match the material to how the vehicles are used and how long you expect to keep them.
Replacements and changes
Accidents, panel repairs and phone number changes are a normal part of running a fleet. Because templates are stored, a single damaged panel can be reprinted and refitted to match the rest of the vehicle. When a vehicle is sold or returned at the end of a lease, graphics can be removed. If you rebrand, we can plan the changeover vehicle by vehicle so the fleet moves to the new look in an orderly way.
Single vehicles or a few vans?
If you only run one or two vans, van signwriting or a single vehicle graphic may be all you need. Our vehicle graphics page covers wraps and individual vehicles in more detail, and our fleet rollout guide explains how to plan a larger scheme.
Fleet Graphics: Questions and Answers
How do you keep graphics consistent across different vehicle models?
We agree a master design, then build a template for each vehicle type that keeps the logo, colours and key details in matching positions, adjusted for each body shape.
Can you letter vehicles a few at a time?
Yes. Rollouts are usually planned in batches around service schedules or new deliveries so the fleet keeps working while the livery is applied.
What happens if one panel gets damaged?
We reproduce the graphic for that panel from the stored template and refit it, so the repaired vehicle matches the rest of the fleet.
