Logo Signs and Reception Signs for Offices and Showrooms

The wall behind your reception desk is usually the first thing visitors look at, and a well-made logo sign tells them straight away who you are. A 3D logo sign gives your brand depth and shadow that a flat print cannot match, and it is made to last for as long as you are in the building.

We design your reception sign around your logo files, make it in our own workshop and fix it to the wall with our own team. Free design with photo-realistic mock-ups lets you see the finished sign on a photo of your own reception wall, at the right size and in the right finish, before you approve it.

Ways to make a logo sign

  • Built-up acrylic letters and logos, cut and finished in any brand colour.
  • Metal logos in brushed or polished stainless steel, brass or painted aluminium.
  • Illuminated logos with face-lit or halo-lit LEDs for a glow on the wall.
  • Stand-off glass or acrylic panels with the logo applied to the face or reverse.
  • Flat-cut lettering for a slimmer, understated look.

Designing around the wall

A logo that looks right on a screen can look small and lost on a large wall. We measure the wall, check where the eye falls from the front door and from the waiting area, and size the logo so it reads clearly without crowding the space. Wall finish matters as well: a textured or dark wall may suit a lighter acrylic logo, while a pale painted wall shows off brushed metal or halo lighting.

We can work from your brand guidelines, matching colours and spacing exactly, and present the sign on a photo-realistic mock-up of your actual reception so you can approve it before anything is cut.

Fixing and finishing

Letters and logos are usually fixed on locating pins with a stand-off from the wall, which creates a shadow and makes the sign look three-dimensional. Glass panels sit on stand-off fixings. For illuminated signs we plan where the power will come from during the survey so cables stay hidden behind the wall or within the letters.

Part of a wider interior scheme

Reception signs often lead into directional signs, door signs and manifestation elsewhere in the building. Ordering them together keeps materials and colours consistent from the front desk to the meeting rooms.

Choosing between options

If you are unsure which finish suits you, think about the rest of the reception. Timber, plants and warm lighting sit well with brass or painted acrylic; glass, concrete and white walls suit brushed steel or a glass panel. A logo with fine detail or thin lines may be better made in acrylic or as a printed panel, while a bold logo with solid shapes works in almost any material. Budget matters too: flat-cut acrylic is usually the most economical, and fabricated, illuminated metal sits at the other end. We can price two or three options from the same survey so you can compare them side by side and see each on a mock-up.

Reception and Logo Signs: Questions and Answers

What is the best material for a reception logo sign?

It depends on your brand and the wall. Acrylic gives crisp colour matching, brushed stainless steel and brass give a premium metal finish, and a glass panel suits modern, minimal interiors. We show the options on a mock-up of your reception.

Can a reception sign be illuminated?

Yes. Logos and letters can be face-lit so the colour glows, or halo-lit so light washes onto the wall behind them. We plan the power supply on the survey so no cables are visible.
